1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website at theunbusyco.com (“Site”) or engaging The Unbusy Company(“we”, “us”, “our”) for consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

The Unbusy Company provides operational consultancy services to migration agents and immigration consultancies, including but not limited to: lead capture automation, client communication systems, document chase automation, review generation, lead reactivation, AI search visibility programmes and website rebuild services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are outlined in a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed between the parties.

3. Website use

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Work product created specifically for a client engagement becomes the property of that client upon full payment, as specified in the applicable statement of work.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unbusy Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific services engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Payment terms

Fees for services are as agreed in the applicable statement of work. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any services agreement. We will not disclose your business information, client data or operational details to any third party without your consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a services engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the statement of work. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment or conduct that is harmful to our business or reputation.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
